Your Soul's Purpose
What has your soul desired from the moment you came to this planet? Connection, awakening, focus, and purpose!
When we came to this planet we came with a purpose, an agreement we made as to what we would do, how we would be of service, and how we would carry out our life purpose.
Now you are feeling the calling of your purpose, but have gotten so mired in our earthly conditioned self that we believe we can no longer access Spirit. We believe we are separate. This can cause us anxiety, depression, fear and a sense of hopelessness.
You create a narrative to justify why some have spiritual gifts and you seemingly don't. Yet your soul calls you.
No one can miss their Spiritual purpose. No one. And everyone who came here has one. Oftentimes I am asked why a person seems not to know their purpose. I say it is because their expectation is that it is something great which they will fulfill sometime later in their life. When, in fact, they are living their purpose right now!
Our underlying true purpose of all beings on this planet is to help each other remember who we truly are and support each other in that discovery. Our conditioned (human) self has convinced us that we are beneath a purpose, or that our purpose must be greater than this. It is humbling to think that purpose could be as simple as doing what Spirit needs us to do in the moment they need us to do it for another individual. This is becoming aware enough to discern Spirit's prompting and from our conditioned self. Our conditioned self is the human part of us that is there to protect and help us navigate the world. Spirit does not have a conditioned self. It is unconditional love only. The conditioned self is able to mimic your guidance by having us think things that appeal to our wants and desires. It moves us away from the guidance of Spirit. Since Spirit is only unconditional love, it waits for us to come back to them before giving counsel and advice because we have free will. The discernment comes in realizing that Spirit never makes us do anything. Spirit never bullies, guilt us, or use us. Only loves us and waits upon us.
What makes the difference between our life purpose and just our conditioned life? It is the way you feel when you are doing what you are doing on this planet. That sense of truly being in the moment of connection like an almost out of body giving to another. The conditioned self would lead you to believe that if you are giving it must come from a place of lack, needing recognition for work done, guilt, obligation, pain, or any of the other ways we give without joy in giving. If we do it that way we are being noble, self-sacrificing, god-like. But the reverse is true. Purposeful giving of service brings a peace, joy, and reciprocal goodness to all involved. It just plain feels good. And the consequences of this goodness are endless. If your conditioned self kicks in and says, 'well it doesn't always have to feel good', then you are missing the point. The act may be difficult at times, but the inner self feels the joy in the work.
So, how do you learn to follow your purpose? First you need to understand your relationship in this moment with your Spiritual guidance. Do you access Spirit by hearing, seeing, writing, speaking, knowing, or some other way? One you have discovered your method then you begin to foster a stronger relationship with your guidance. Using your means of communication, begin communicating! Ask for signs that you can easily understand in the world to know that you are on tract. Incorporate a practice of building a relationship with your guidance daily. Use tools such as meditation, yoga, writing, music, and energy healing to gain the ability to release the conditioned self's hold on you so that you are seeking out the positive and releasing the negative in your life. See where there are places in your life that need healing. Perhaps your relationships, money, or career need to be looked at and healed.
This is a call for you to shift your perspective so that you may truly see your life purpose which is always right in front of you. Shift your life, connect with your guidance, and follow your soul!
